EPD Electronics can quickly build prototypes of your new product so you can test out your new design. We can help you with the engineering design and layout (see: Design Services). Or we can help you with just the prototyping phase using a design that you provide to us.- Prototype Process:

You provide us with the gerber files, electronic bill of materials, and a list of any parts that you plan to supply.
We take care of ordering the parts and PC boards and inspecting them on receipt. We can usually finds parts to be available within 1-2 weeks or order, and can build prototypes within 1 week of receipt of parts.
For new products, EPD plays a valuable role in reviewing customer documentation and finding discrepancies.
We are flexible and jump through hoops to deal with mid-stream changes or problems inherent to prototypes.
With our sourcing networks, and proprietary in-house materials management software, EPD can find crosses to find available parts to keep the project on-time.
