Layout Process

If your engineering department has completed a design, EPD Electronics can help by laying out the new PCB for approval by your engineers. Just email us your design schematics and the proposed bill of materials to Sales@EPDelectronics.com.

We can layout a board for your review in a short amount of time. We will quote on the turnkey or kitted prototyping of the new PCB so that you can check out your design as quickly as possible.

If EPD Electronics does the engineering design for your new product, we handle the coordination of our support staff to layout the board for engineering approval and rapid prototyping.

Our layout software can handle standard 2 layer boards or more complicated multilayer ones. Designs can be through-hole surface mount, or mixed technology.

Complete Documentation

EPD Electronics provides complete documentation on approval of the layout. This includes gerber files, pick and place files, and electronic bill of materials. EPD Electronics believes in full support of our customers, and we will support your product design with future changes as needed.
